Requestor navigates to Flo

Under Work Center, select Enrollment Kit Request

Requestor will add necessary information requested in form

Hitting save will create a new ticket in Freshdesk


Subject of the ticket will be Create Enrollment Package

Description of ticket is where any information needed will be places and any additional information would be added

Ticket contact will be the company requested on the Flo form

At creation:

    Status is Check funds

    Assigned is Marissa

    Assigned internal is Jelitta

Marissa will check funds in RA. If not all normal, she will add the additional funds

Once complete:

    Status changed to Update SPD

    Assigned is Marissa

    Assigned internal is Lauren

Marissa will check to see if the plan specs page needs to be changed. Will add a note stating if changes complete or no changes needed

Once complete:

    Status changed to closed

    Automation: email goes out to Melissa with the information in the ticket

From there, Melissa creates the kits/packages for the RM
