  • Aggregate value of relationship is less than $250,000

You will know they are an Access client if Cassie Brown is listed as their RM in Innotrust.

If an Access client calls in, please note the request and send to Cassie Brown & Joe Mahar. Do not tell the client that an RM will be in touch with them.

Some calls may be asking what these forms they received are, to which the team typically says the following, depending on which letter was received:

Scenario 1:

Client: “I got a letter that says Access. What is this”

Team: “That is a welcome letter from the team who is assisting you with your accounts, giving you all the information regarding your account holding and the new contact information! We are your first line of contact, and there are other team members who can assist you with any more detailed questions you might have”

(Collect contact information and forward to Cassie if further questions arise)

Scenario 2:

Client: “I got forms in the mail from you. Do I need to send those back?”

Team: “Yes, please! We included a return stamped envelope, so if you can please sign and return those forms it helps us with managing your accounts effectively.”

(If further questions about investments, fees, or concerns arise, collect contact information from Cassie. *If a client is irritable about the transition, warm transfer to Cassie’s direct line*)
