Beginning January 1, 2025, the following fee changes will be made affecting all plans. If the PlanInfo App has an exception, that is still valid (i.e. NHC not having a distribution fee).
For stop pay/reissue: If they have a balance, fee will come out of balance. If full distribution, taken from net check amount and then reissued.
