General Information from the notice sent to plan participants

What do I need to do? There is no action required by you to accept this change if you are invested in these funds. The fund change will occur automatically the week of the date listed in the notice. 

If you are invested in these funds and do not wish to be automatically transferred to the new fund(s), please select alternative investments at least 2 days before by logging into your account at www.thetrust.com or by calling our customer service representatives at 1-877-673-3581.

2024 Fund Change

The BlackRock LifePath Index 2025 K fund is sunsetting and merging into BlackRock LifePath Index Ret K fund. The fund change will occur automatically the week of October 4, 2024.

Notice mailed and uploaded to the web August 7, 2024.

2024 Fund Change

For this fund change, we added Causeway Int’l Value Fund Class Institutional to replace the Hartford Schroders Int’l Multi-Cap Value Fund. The fund change will occur February 5, 2024.

The 2023 fund change is listed in the 2024 notification as well since the liquidation of Fed Cap Pres won't happen until February 2024.

2023 Fund Change

For this fund change, we added Invesco Stable Value fund to replace the Federated Hermes (Fed Cap Pres) fund. Usually, when we have a fund change, the $$ in the old fund is moved to the new fund, then the old fund is removed from the fund line up. Federated Hermes is a little different. It requires an approval to close - which was denied. So now, we have to wait 12 months before we can remove the fund.

Federated Hermes is no longer accepting new $. Q1 2024 is about the time we can expect the wait to expire and we can remove the fund from the web.

Wondering What does this mean? - UPDATE

This DOES NOT affect distributions! Anyone with $$ in Federated Hermes can transfer out of the fund, but not into Invesco!! Whether directly from Federated Hermes to Invesco, or indirectly from Federated Hermes, to Fixed Growth, the last to Invesco.

The RPS Investment Election Form and the RPS Investment Election App will NOT show the Federated Hermes fund as a option to transfer in/out or as an election option. The Federated Hermes fund WILL show up on the web. Codi is looking into adding a message to the Transfer screen advising they cannot move $ into Federated Hermes  or from Federated Hermes to Invesco.

Investment elections were updated this weekend to the new funds.  There are no longer any elections in DFEMX or VEXAX.  If a participant calls (or a form received) and wants to use one of these funds, the mapping is DFEMX to JEMWX and VEXAX to VFIAX (see attached).  Please don’t add elections to DFEMX or VEXAX, but use the replacement funds.

The fund transfers are suppressed for Wednesday.  

Daily Ops – today you should not have any buys into DFEMX or VEXAX.  And tomorrow, we can’t have any sells in those 2 funds either.
